The Tech Coalition facilitates the global tech industry’s fight against the online sexual abuse and exploitation of children. Founded in 2006, the Coalition is an alliance of technology companies of varying sizes and sectors that work together to drive critical advances in technology and adoption of best practices for keeping children safe online. We convene and align the global tech industry, pooling their knowledge and expertise, to help all our members better prevent, detect, report, and remove online child sexual abuse content. This coalition represents a powerful core of expertise that is moving the tech industry towards a digital world where children are free to play, learn, and explore without fear of harm.

The Role

The Tech Coalition is seeking a Programs and Membership Administrator to administer and coordinate a world-class experience for members. You will support the VP of Programs and Member Success and the team in tasks that help to advance the mission. You will be an integral member of our highly collaborative team, working with other motivated, talented individuals who are motivated by each other’s success. Our unique position as a leader in online protection ensures that you’ll always be challenged in your work and supported in reaching your most ambitious goals.


  • Support the Programs and Member Success team in administrative tasks including managing meeting invites and agendas, webinar and event logistics, administration of tools, and more.

  • Administration of internal member tools such as MRC, CRM, Slack, Mailchimp, Google Groups, and Google Drive, including maintaining participant lists, providing access, etc, in coordination with the Operations team.

  • Support member communications including member newsletters and member event invitations.

  • Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks as needed such as pulling analytics from various tools, collecting manual member data points, etc.

  • Help identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the team;

  • Support Tech Coalition industry webinar and event logistics;

  • Update presentation slides for internal and external presentations;

  • Meeting follow-up and task-management;

  • Assist the VP of Programs and Member Success in managing their communications as needed;

  • Other assignments as needed.


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;

  • Highly organized with attention to detail;

  • Computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite;

  • Prior experience with CRM, CMS, Slack, and other remote work tools.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Copper CRM, Zoom, Higher Logic, SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp, Google Analytics a plus.

  • Effective communicator with exemplary writing skills.

  • Ability to effectively interact with high-level technology industry members;

  • Must be collaborative and nimble, with the ability to thrive as part of a small team.

Location: Remote

Travel: Occasional

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 plus full benefits package and potential bonus
